Inclusive Pedagogy Doctorial subprogramme

Due to the modernization, changes of economic and social structure and the political regime change in Hungary a social-economic process has been started, which resulted that severel socal and demographical groups have been disadvanteged. Investigation of these groups, and facilitatation of integration them into society is not only a political and economic issue, but also a pillar of an integrated, efficient, democratic society.
 
The subprogram aims to go beyond the approach of special education to support and promote of examination of these specific social groups in contaxt of Educational and Social Sciences , using by several disciplines, theoretical and methodological toolbox, promoting the inclusion in a broader interpretation. The subpogram puts together the researches of chances related to education and insitiutional and individual opportunities of groups forced out of education. We focus on  disabled, disadvantaged, special demographic groups (women, youth, elderly rural people,  minorities (Educational Gerontology, Education of Special Needs, Roma and Indigenous Education, Rural Education etc.))
