Staff

• Zsuzsanna Ozsváthné Karap, Head of the Office of Educational Administration and Student Counselling, deals with Neptun electronic administration system, grants, fee transfers
• Judit Varga, secretary
  • deals with students’ cards and teachers’ card, and assists students of Nursing MSc. training program
• Béláné András, administrator
  • assists students of Social Work , and Nursing and Patient Care training programs, and Health Care Management BSc. training programs
• Dr. Tünde Havasiné Kósa, administrator
  • assists students of training programs in English; Health Care and Prevention BA; Social Work BA; Social Work and Social Economy MA training programs, and postgraduate specialist trainings, assists students of Nursing and Patient Care, 

Besides study administration, our office also deals with study and career counselling for students. Our aim is to provide our students with personal help to plan their career, and make them aware of job seeking techniques. We pay special attention to students in disadvantaged situation or with special education needs. We gather and disseminate information on job possibilities.

• mornings: 8:30 - 11:30 every day
• afternoon: 13:30 - 15:00 on Thursday
